In spring 2011 we were commissioned by RCHL (Redbridge Community Housing Limited) to develop and deliver bespoke coaching sessions for people who use their services, who were thinking about becoming board members or committee representatives.
In association with the You Can Hub CIC, we facilitated a series of three one-day coaching sessions and wrote a Board Member Coaching Guide, so that future coaching sessions could be delivered in-house.
